Emma is passionate about the power of communication and story to inspire and create positive, authentic change. Operating across the communications spectrum from strategy creation to, sustainability report writing, programme development and deployment, Emma has worked with a wide range of organisations, from small charities to multinationals.
With a background in marketing and PR, Emma has more than 20 years experience in the profession, nine of which at BT Group where she created and oversaw the delivery of the global sustainability communication strategy. Emma is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS) and the RSA. She is also an Accredited Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
